Choosing a swaddle
Which swaddle does my newborn need?
TatoWrap for 0–3 months (size M, 60 cm long). It keeps baby's arms up with hands near the face to help reduce the startle reflex. TatoWrap+ is for 3–6 months (size L, 70 cm long). Compare both swaddles.
What is the difference between TatoWrap and TatoWrap+?
TatoWrap has fixed arms-up wings for the newborn weeks. TatoWrap+ is bigger and has zip-off sleeves: start with the sleeves on, then take them off when baby starts to roll, so baby sleeps arms-out in a swaddle they already know.
When should I move from TatoWrap to TatoWrap+?
When baby shows signs of rolling or breaks an arm out every night, often around 3–4 months. When to stop swaddling.
What are Tinytato swaddles made of?
A 95% bamboo blend that is soft and breathable, with a lined two-way zip so the zip doesn't sit on baby's skin. Parents often call it kain sejuk.
How many swaddles should I buy?
Most parents keep two or three, so one can be in the wash. 1 for RM119, 2 for RM219, or 3 for RM297 (save RM60).
What should baby wear under a swaddle?
A short-sleeve or long-sleeve onesie, depending on the room. What to wear with aircond or a fan.
How do I wash the swaddle?
Machine wash. Close the zip first.
Carriers, bags and teethers
What age and weight is TatoSnug for?
From newborn to 24 months, 3.2–20.4 kg. Most parents start at about 1 month, once baby's neck is steadier. The carrier weighs about 1 kg. See TatoSnug.
What is the difference between TatoSnug and TatoHip?
TatoSnug is a full carrier for longer carries, from newborn. TatoHip is a hip seat for babies 6–36 months who want up, down and up again: the child sits on the seat while you keep one arm around them. See TatoHip.
What fits in the TatoNest diaper backpack?
It has smart pockets, insulated bottle holders, a wet compartment for used clothes or nappies, a foldable changing mat and stroller straps. The material is water-resistant and wipe-clean. See TatoNest.
From what age can my baby use TatoChew?
From 3 months. TatoChew is food-grade, BPA-free silicone with different textures for sore gums. You can freeze it, sterilise it or put it in the dishwasher. See TatoChew.

Do you have gift sets for new parents?

Ordering and payment
What payment methods do you accept?
Credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard and American Express), FPX online banking, Touch 'n Go eWallet, GrabPay, Apple Pay and Google Pay. You can also split your payment with Atome.
Is it safe to enter my card details?
Yes. We do not store your full card details. See our Privacy Policy.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Yes. Email us your order number within 4 hours of placing it, and we will confirm the change or cancellation.
How do I use a promo code?
Enter your discount code in the promo field at checkout. The saving is applied right away.
Delivery
Where do you deliver?
Every state in Malaysia, except rural areas in Sarawak. We ship from our warehouses in Kuala Lumpur (West Malaysia) and Kuching, Sarawak (East Malaysia).
How long does delivery take?
2–3 business days after you order.
Is delivery free?
Delivery is free on orders over RM250. For smaller orders, the delivery fee shows at checkout.
How can I track my order?
Email hello@tinytato.com with your order number and we will send you the tracking details.
My order says delivered but I haven't received it. What should I do?
Email your order number to hello@tinytato.com and we will check with our delivery partner right away.
Warranty, returns and refunds
Is there a warranty?
Every Tinytato product has a 30-day limited warranty against manufacturing defects (see our Refund Policy). If an item is faulty, email us the details within the warranty period and we will make it right.
Can I return or exchange an item?
We don't offer standard returns or exchanges, because we build our products to last. If your item arrives faulty or defective, email us your order details and a photo, and we will make it right.
What if I receive the wrong item?
Tell us within 24 hours with what you were expecting. We will arrange a free pickup and send the right item.
What if my item arrives damaged?
Take a photo or video of the unopened package and tell us within 24 hours of receiving it. We will take care of it right away.
