Refund policy

We stand behind the quality and safety of our items, which are thoughtfully designed for your little ones in Kuching and beyond. If you have any questions about using a product, please contact our customer care team before initiating a returnโ€”we're here to help!

1. Order Cancellations

Once your order has been processed for packing and shipping, it cannot be cancelled. If you wish to cancel, please contact us immediately at hello@tinytato.com. If your order has not yet entered our fulfillment process, we will gladly assist you with cancellation.

2. Eligibility for Returns & Refunds

  • Purchase Source: This policy applies only to items purchased directly from www.tinytato.com. Items purchased from authorized retailers, distributors, or other stores must be returned in accordance with their respective policies.

  • Condition: To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original condition (free of stains, odours, damage, or signs of wear), and in the original packaging with all tags, labels, and accessories included. For hygiene reasons, teethers can only be returned if the hygiene seal is intact and unopened.

  • Proof of Purchase: A valid order number or receipt is required for all returns.

3. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Your satisfaction is our priority. If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. Provide your order number and clear photos/videos of the issue. We will arrange for a replacement or refund at no extra cost to you, including covering any return shipping fees.

4. Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. To exchange an item for a different size or colour, please follow the return process to receive a refund, and then place a new order for the desired item on our website.

5. Non-Returnable Items

For health and safety reasons, the following items are final sale and cannot be returned unless they arrive defective:

  • Teethers or other personal care items that have had their hygiene seal opened or broken.

  • Any item that has been used, washed, or is not in its original condition.

  • Gift cards.

6. Warranty

A 30-day limited warranty applies to all TinyTato products for defects in materials or workmanship. The warranty is valid from the original date of purchase for items bought directly from tinytato.com.

Process for Reporting an Issue
To initiate a warranty claim, contact customer service within 30 days of delivery at hello@tinytato.com. Provide the order number and clear photos or a description of the problem. The team will review the claim and determine an appropriate resolution, which may include repair, replacement, or store credit at the brand's discretion.

Scope of Coverage
This warranty covers defects present upon receipt or that appear under normal, intended use. It does not cover damage from misuse, accidents, improper care, modifications, or natural wear and tear over time.
