Yes, you can! Simply email us with your order number within 4 hours of placing it, and we will confirm any changes or cancellations once we have processed your request.

Our warehouses are located in Kuching, Sarawak for East Malaysia and Kuala Lumpur for West Malaysia. Currently we ship to every state in Malaysia (except rural areas in Sarawak)

3. How can I track my order?
To get your tracking number, just email us at hello@tinytato.com with your order number and a request to track your order. We will send the tracking information to you right away.
1. How long do refunds take to process?
All TinyTato products come with a 30-day limited warranty against manufacturing defects (see Refund Policy). If you ever receive a faulty or defective item, simply email us with the details within the warranty period, and we will happily make it right for you. Your satisfaction is our guarantee.

We do not have a standard return or exchange policy, as we build our products to last. However, we fully guarantee your satisfaction. If your item arrives faulty or defective, simply email us with your order details and a photo, and we will make it right for you.
3. What happens when I received a wrong item?
If you receive an incorrect item, please let us know within 24 hours and include a list of what you were expecting. We will arrange a free pickup for the return and send you the right item right away.
4. What if my product is faulty or damaged?
If your item arrives faulty or damaged, please take a photo or video of the unopened package and let us know within 24 hours of receiving it. We will take care of it for you right away.
5. My item has been delivered but I have not receive it.
Please email us your order number at hello@tinytato.com, and we will immediately look into this with our delivery partner to help locate your package.
